Well the library is closing up shop very soon. I hope to meet up with my Aunt Jane and Uncle Andrew in Massachusetts in the coming days. If the stars align I might even be able arrange a visit with my Dad in Bennington, Vermont!
All-in-all I'm in great spirits and very happy to be reunited with my hiking buddy JC! Happy Trails, folks!
Andrew, Jane, Michael & Mary Abu* had the good fortune of spending Father's Day with Matt and his buddy JC. Listening to Matt and JC tell stories of the trail, it was clear that their positive attitude and sense of fun has made it easier for them to take on this amazing challenge. We loved sharing in the AT adventure, learning some hiker lingo, hearing about the various colorful characters they have encountered along the way and the many creative ways hikers find food and shelter. We love you. Be safe, be happy and hike on. Love,The Abu family* Catie had work, but she will at the next off trail reunion in Hanover, NH.
